Fees will be charged for custodial overtime.

These rates cover unlocking, locking the gates, trash pick up. Cleaning/Servicing
Men’s and Women’s restrooms. Putting the bases out if needed. Having infield
rakes and shovels available if needed. Use of scoreboard.
 
These rates do not cover practices during the week, marking the field, infield
preparation, scoreboard operator or umpires.
 
Practices during the week, pitching machines and GISD equipment is only
available if a GISD coach is present to supervise open and lock facilities. All
batting cages, pitching screens, chairs need to be removed from the field at the
end of practice so it can be mowed. (except July 4th week)
 
All games/practices will need to be scheduled thru the Athletic Director. This excludes
youth baseball/softball teams except All-Star teams may practice. Only summer teams
that represent GHS are eligible for practice or games.
 
This policy excludes use by youth softball or baseball with the following exception:
Youth All-Star Teams
 
Only teams that represent Gatesville High School are eligible for practice or games.
