Important Benefit Information

This will allow employees to participate in both a Health Savings Account and Supplemental Medical Plan. Coverage is guaranteed issue for all employees with no pre-existing condition limitations. If you are currently enrolled in the supplemental medical plan, you will automatically be enrolled in the new Hospital Indemnity plan. We encourage you to walk through the enrollment system to view any cost changes. |
Emergency Medical Transportation : |
Many American employers and employees believe that their health insurance policies cover most, if not all ambulance expenses. The truth is, they DO NOT!. Even after insurance payments for emergency transportation, you could receive a bill up to $5,000 for ground ambulance and as high as $70,000 for air ambulance (Click Here for a case study).
The financial burdens for medical transportation costs are very real. MASA provides emergency medical transportation solutions by covering your out of pocket medical transport costs when your insurance falls short. MASA prepares you for the unexpected and gives you the peace of mind to access vital emergency medical transportation no matter where you live for $14 per month to include: Coverage for the entire family, no deductibles, no health questions and easy claims process. |
