The Gatesville ISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any portion thereof and to accept the proposal most advantageous to the District.
Any exceptions to specifications requested in the RFQ should be clearly explained in writing. Failure to meet all specified conditions may invalidate a proposal.
