ADDITIONS AND RENOVATIONS TO GATESVILLE HIGH SCHOOL GATESVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, GATESVILLE, TEXAS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AT RISK

 

This project proposal package consists of Pre-Construction Services and Bidding and Construction Services for the project noted above.

 

GATESVILLE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT, GATESVILLE, TEXAS

The Superintendent of Schools of Gatesville Independent School District, Gatesville, Texas will accept Sealed Proposals for Construction Management at Risk Services for the project noted until 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 24, 2018 in the Board Room of the District Administration Building, 311 South Lovers Lane, Gatesville, Texas, 76528.

 

A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, July 17, 2018, at Gatesville High School, 205 South Lovers Lane, Gatesville, Texas, 76528. Attendance is encouraged.

 

Beginning at 2:00 PM on July 24, 2018, in the District Board Room, the Owner will open and read aloud all proposals received. Each proposal will then be reviewed and evaluated to determine the “best value” for the Owner based on the published selection criteria. The Owner may conduct interviews with selected proposers, and will then select one proposer with whom to negotiate a Construction Management at Risk Agreement. The review, evaluation and selection process will be a one step process. Final agreement is subject to approval by the Board of Trustees of Gatesville Independent School District.

Gatesville Independent School District reserves the right to waive any formalities and to reject any or all Proposals. No proposer shall withdraw a proposal within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
