FSMC RFP 2021

Gatesville Independent School District (GISD) is requesting competitive sealed proposals for providing food service management services for the contract year July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.  Bid packages may be obtained at the GISD Administration Building, 311 South Lovers Lane, Gatesville, Texas or by contacting Darrell Frazier at 254-865-7251, Ext. 9, or downloading the files below.

Sealed Proposals will be received until 2:00 PM on Thursday, April 15, 2021 at the GISD Administration Building, 311 South Lovers Lane, Gatesville, Texas 76528, at which time the proposals will be opened and read aloud in the Board Room.  Bid representatives are invited.

There will be an optional pre-proposal meeting held on Thursday, April 1 at 2:00 PM in the Elementary School Cafeteria, 2537 E. Main Street, Gatesville, Texas .  This event will also be available via zoom session.   Due to COVID-19, no tours are planned.

Gatesville Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids as deemed by the district to be in its best interest.
