The Gatesville ISD Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals or any portion thereof and to accept the bid/proposal most advantageous to the District. Any exceptions to coverage requested in the specifications should be clearly explained in writing.
Failure to meet all specified conditions may invalidate a proposal.
