Spring 2021 Surplus Goods Auction

The Board of Trustees for the Gatesville Independent School District will accept sealed bids on the sale of surplus school items at the Administration Office, 311 S. Lovers Lane, Gatesville, TX, until 2:00pm on April 9, 2021, at which time the bids will be opened and read aloud.

Your sealed envelope should contain the following information:  your name, address, phone number, the bid item number and the amount you wish to bid.  Please add the notation on the outside of the envelope: ATTN: April 2021 Surplus Item Bid

Surplus item information is available online @  www.gatesvilleisd.org

Once on the GISD site:

  1. Select the tab at the top of the page labeled “DEPARTMENTS”
  2. Then select the option for “BIDS/PROPOSALS REQUESTS”
  3. Then select the option for “ACTIVE BID SOLICITATIONS”
  4. And then view the bid items under “APRIL 2021 SURPLUS ITEMS”

The bids will be presented to the Board of Trustees at their next regular meeting for approval.  The Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids and to waive any formalities.
