Falsification of Enrollment Documentation

Under Section 37.10 of the Texas Penal Code (Tampering with Governmental Records), any person who knowingly falsifies information on a form required by the district for enrollment of a student commits an offense that carries monetary as well as possible criminal liability.  That person is liable for the maximum tuition fee the District may charge [see FDA] or the amount the District has budgeted per student as maintenance and operating expense, whichever is greater. The District retains the right to investigate the validity of any documents submitted for enrollment.

  • Primary School (PreK-K) – 254-865-7264, School day: PreK 7:45-3:30, Kindergarten 8:00-3:45

    Elementary School (1st-3rd) – 254-865-7262, School day: 8:00-3:45

    Intermediate School (4th-6th) – 254-865-2526, School day: 8:10-3:55

    Gatesville Junior High (7th-8th) – 254-865-8271, School day: 8:10-3:55

    Gatesville High School (9th-12th) – 254-865-8281, School day: 8:10-3:55

  • Click Forgot Password and enter your UserName ONLY. You will then be directed to answer the security question you chose when creating your account. Contact the campus if you need assistance.

  • A mobile phone can be used, or contact your child’s campus. 

     

  • If you do not have an email account, you can set up a Gmail account by following the steps below:

    Go to the following sign up link and complete the Google account form with your name and create your password.

    A Welcome Screen will then open to your Google account.

    At the Welcome Screen, click the 9 small dots that are in the top right corner of the screen (just to the right of the Question Mark ?) and select “Gmail” to open your new email account.

     

  • On your phone – Download the Chrome app and open the enrollment webpage in Chrome.

    Click on the 3 dots at the bottom right corner.

    Click Translate.

    Click the new language.

    On a computer – Download the program and open the enrollment webpage in Chrome.

    Right-click anywhere in the webpage and click Translate.

    Click the 3 dots in the corner of the box and choose another language.

    Scroll down and click the new language, then click “done”.

     

  • Please visit our transportation web page and enter your student’s address to determine the bus stop, bus number, morning pick-up time and afternoon drop-off time.
